One of Queensland's largest and fastest growing thermal coal producers is looking for a Dragline Engineer to join their team.
This role is residential, and based around a 5/2 family friendly roster.
In this role you will report to the Short Term Planning Superintendent and you will be responsible for the development of practical dig plans and schedules, develop 'dig and dump' design, as well as monitoring and reconciliation of dig plans, plus much more.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years mining experience in an open cut coal operation
- Good planning and analytical skills
- A strong commitment to safe work practices
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $100-$120k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for applicants with exceptional experience.
