Design and draft systems to client specification
Produce tenders for projects from blueprints
Manage all aspects of the projects including fixtures and fittings
Perform detailed analysis
Liaise with subcontractors and site agents
Perform analysis on hazardous areas, equipment integration and general health and safety
You will have between 3 + yearsexperience in design to construction phase of Mechanical BuildingServices projects air conditioning, ventilation, heating systems,mechanical fire systems
If you have an engineering degree this would be ideal.
Salary will be in the range of $70k - $130k+
Salariesoutside this range are available for those with more or outstandingexperience.
